Aaron Dhir, Canadian Bicentennial Visiting Professor of Law, talks about Challenging Boardroom Homogeneity.
Professor Dhir is a faculty member at Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto, Canada. He is currently at Yale as the Canadian Bicentennial Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School and a Global Justice Senior Fellow at the MacMillan Center. His research interests include corporate law, governance, and theory and the intersections of transnational business activity with international human rights norms.
