Over the summer Yale football players will spend time at home, in New Haven or places all over the world doing a variety of educational projects. One Bulldog, who will be thinking football often, will be far away from all his teammates.
Junior tight end Sebastian Little is one of 20 Yale students spending July in Croatia as part of International Study Award’s study abroad program. He will be taking a two-part class, the history and culture of Southeastern Europe, and taking three or four excursions to new places.
“The Croatia program seemed to fit perfectly. It allows me to get helpful credits this summer and, with all the Yale funding and help from the ISA, it really is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” said Little, who caught 20 passes last season after missing most of his rookie campaign with an injury.
