About the Event:
Jim Chanos is a great speaker with a wealth of experience in financial analysis, invariably blending in his talks a dose of wry humour in examining the interplay of human psychology and the frenetic markets.  He teaches a course in the Spring at the Yale School of Management titled “A History of Financial Market Fraud: A Forensic Approach.”  The title of his talk at this event will be “China: The Bear Turns Five.”  With his views on China’s hyperstimulated economy well known in the market, Mr. Chanos will discuss his outlook for the second largest economy in the world going forward and what may be in store in the not-so-distant future.
