Yale and the COP21 Climate Talks

Yale and the COP21 Climate Talks

From Nov. 30 until Dec. 11, leaders from across the world will convene in Paris for the latest round of climate talks, COP21, a much anticipated session that many hope will deliver a legally binding international climate agreement.

Dozens of people from the Yale community will be on site playing a variety of roles during the historic talks, including several students from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. In the months leading up to COP21, and throughout the climate summit, we will share all Yale-related news coming from Paris on a new “climate portal” on the F&ES Web site.

This week we share the stories of some of the F&ES students who will be on the ground at COP21,  working on a range of projects for national governments, global NGOs, international coalitions, student organizations and Yale-based programs.
