And share your favorite film from your own country to view for discussion at a future meeting. \n\n\n\nOn June 22\, 2024\, we are discussing “Black Orpheus” by Marcel Camus (Brazil 1959). \n\n\n\n“A retelling of the Orpheus and Eurydice myth\, set during the time of the Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro.” \n\n\n\nPrior to our discussion\, participants will watch the movie on streaming platforms available in their regions.
